EPC contract is a key document for the implementation of project funding using export financing in accordance with the terms of the OECD (so called OECD Consensus). Within performing such services we focus to development/interconnection of design/input documentation with contract condition and its structure. Further the documentation form the scope of works and defines roles of both parties during contract period. An important element of our services is to link EPC contract risks with conditions of insurance contracts, in order to identify a cost-effective solution for coverage of risk and extent of the risks. For the successful implementation of the work(construction) we are helping to build or deliver the criteria for Quality Control acceptance tests and also for commissioning works. We prefer to keep the original fair value of ​​FIDIC contract conditions, against unilateral advantage for either side. We are moderators in negotiating the terms between the parties.

Another kind of our service is the MANUAL DEVELOPMENT to allow communicating parties during the construction properly under the terms of the contract. Further we developing rules for approval of changes including Claim Agenda (Claim Management). For the Contract Management contract apply deep knowledge of the valuation of construction and assembly work.

An important part of our work is the adoption of FIDIC contract conditions for the local legal environment (construction site). Discussions with an Owner lawyers is led to find precise and effective implementation of contract condition for local legal environment, incl. consideration of the international treaties applicable for each such project. Not part of the work is the building and administration of the Dispute Adjunction Board Committee as a conciliator to resolve disputes at the EPC contract. Its proper function is the most effective prevention against arbitration claims.
