of foreign direct investment projects, where we are involved from the initial stage of the project - concept development, through monitoring, tracking and management of all subsequent stages of the project development, including construction. The largest experience has been gained mainly as a The Owner’s representative in all of these stages or only in particular/selected stages of the project.

We have more than 10 years experience in Design & Build contracts primarily as The Owner’s representative, where a significant part of the services is setting out the criteria for the design and its parameterization, monitoring and supervision, as well as standard procedures which include:
• initial planning works, including risk analysis, preparation and approval of the project plan
• Definition of the scope of the work, setting up and managing schedules of different levels
• Management/coordination project team incl. designers together with PR activity.
• Supervision and management of the project document preparation with strong aim to fit it to purpose (permitting processes, selection of suppliers / sub-contractors, construction work, etc.).
